URGENT: Superuser Is Blocked To Edit Content With Page Builder Pro V4

Hi,
after upgrading to SP Builder Pro v4 my client have problem with editing. Administrators user dont have access anymore to the Page Builder, see: https://imgur.com/a/WX1klLZ
If i change this Administrator to Superuser, he cant edit some Pages, but we dont see a key lock icon next to the Page, but in frontend we see that: https://imgur.com/a/XKH2g4h
But in my peronal account as Superuser i can edit every Page without any problem!
Can you help me?

Hi Bruno,

  1. I hope that you have full backup in case of.
  2. Have you installed SP Page Builder Pro 4.0.4 ? It fixed some problems, like locked pages.
  3. Can you share access to one of those sites? We have to make investigation to fix for all users.
