SuperUser is Blocked To Edit Content With Page Builder Pro V4

Hi,
after upgrading to SP Builder Pro v4 my client have problem with editing. Administrators user dont have access anymore to the Page Builder, see: https://imgur.com/a/WX1klLZ
If i change this Administrator to Superuser, he cant edit some Pages, but we dont see a key lock icon next to the Page, but in frontend we see that: https://imgur.com/a/XKH2g4h
But in my peronal account as Superuser i can edit every Page without any problem!
Can you help me?

Checked problem was also fixed in last SPPB Pro 4.0.4 update, so make sure that you are using that version, after using tip from video above.

thanks, i have now installed the SPPB Pro 4.0.4 update, and it seems now to work for editing. And the key lock icons are there. But klicking a activ key lock icons doesnt have the effect to disapear as usually. But editing the pages works now.
