How To Set Date Format In Email Template SP Pagebuilder Formbuilder

I use the SP Pagebuilder formbuilder with some date type fields.

In the form, the date format is with correct german format.

But the mail template uses en format:

Is is possible to hold both fields in same region format, here tt.mm.jjjj?

Sorry, it is not possible to change the date format. We have used HTML default date format in the Form Builder addon. You can have a look at this forum for more information.
