Invalid Email Address When Attempting To Import A Page Template SP PageBuilder

Hello,

We currently have a Templates & Page Builder - Business subscription.

When attempting to import a page template using the SP Page Builder administrator component we get an "Invalid Email address" error message when attempting to import any page template.

I have confirmed that I have configured SP Page Builder System>Global Configuration>SP Page Builder Pro>License and Update with our registered email and license key.

Any assistance in ensure that I can import page templates would be helpful.

Hi there!

Sorry for your issue.

Would you please give me a screenshot of that area, where you put your email address and the license key?

Most importantly, You have to copy the license key from your Joomshaper Dashboard. I have attached a screenshot for your ease: https://prnt.sc/vesh66

Please make sure you are using the email address that have an active subscription with us and spelled correctly.

Rashida,

Thank you for responding so quickly. After reading your response, I realized that our JoomShaper username and email address are different. Once I changed the configuration to our "email address" and not the "username" I was able to successfully import templates.
