Invalid Licence Key Error When Trying To Import Page Templates

Hi,

I have double-checked and am using the correct, still valid licence key for PageBuilder Pro which is also at the latest version on a Joomla website where it and all other extensions are also up to date.

The template being used is Spectrum.

Whenever I try to import a Page Template through the viewer, it fails with the error:

Invalid Licence Key

Can you advise how this can be resolved?

Many thanks,

Chris

Hi,

Let me share the overall process in spite of you have checked everything.

You will get all related info there: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/installation

And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close. and then clear your browser and Joomla cache.

Most importantly, You have to copy the license key from your Joomshaper Dashboard. I have attached a screenshot for your ease: https://prnt.sc/vesh66

If rechecking the above things doesn't help, please give me your email address to check.

Hope it helps! Best Regards

Thanks Rashida,

I have checked all of those, but I still can't load the page templates and get the same error.

I have added my site details to the Hidden Content below.

Many thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

Please take my sincere apology!

I have visited your admin area and found out the license key you have put there is a short one. The correct license key should be 32 characters long.

As I stated in my very first reply that the license key is located in your Joomshaper Dashboard. And I have attached a screenshot for your ease: https://prnt.sc/vesh66

So please copy the license key of your active subscription and put it on your SP Page Builder>Pages>Options(on the right). And clear your Joomla and Browser cache. Please recheck!

Hope this time it will solve the issue for you.

Best Regards

Thanks Rashida,

The star count in the password field does not relate to the length, though I'm confused as to why this wasn't working as the password saved should have been the correct one.

I repasted it in and all is good, no idea why this was incorrect! I notice that if I copy the key from my dashboard, it adds a following zero/0 - perhaps that was the issue.

Thanks,

Chris
