Invalid Email Address While Trying To Import Sections In Your Sections Directory

Hello,

I just start to discover sp pagebuilder, i have version pro 3.7.9

I make "create new page", then Add Sections and have the message : invalid email address while trying to import sections in your sections directory

In the configuration of joomla / sp pagebuilder, options, i have my email address [email protected] and a license key with many stars ***

What i have done wrong ?

I have checked and found out this email address [email protected] doesn't have any account with us.

Would you please give me the email address asociated with your JoomShaper account?

However, you will get all related info there: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/installation

And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close. and then clear your browser and Joomla cache.

Most importantly, You have to copy the license key from your Joomshaper Dashboard. I have attached a screenshot for your ease: https://prnt.sc/vesh66

Hey !! I found the mistake, in my account, there was an error : [email protected], i just correct it for the correct one : [email protected]
