Top Menu In Konstra Template

Hi there, I ' d like to have also a top menu in Konstra template (with the same content las off canvas menu) In Helix i have created a row and add menu position. As you can see in link http://alouminiasidera.gr/newsite/ the menu is in top but you can not click on! My questions:

  1. How to make to click on the top menu ?
  2. When scrool down how to make the top menu to stay on top?
