Pagebuidler Doesent Work After Update

after update i cant do anything. The button get startet open a blank site. I try to fix it but i have no idea. I cant see my pages, i cant edit pages and i cant make new pages. Extremly unhappy :-(

I downgrade to 3.8.8 it works
