The Menu is Only Displayed When Scrolling.

Hi,

In some pages the menu is only displayed when scrolling and on other pages not. how can I change the behavior. I think this is a very cool feature and would like to be able to "control" this.

I have visited your site links you have provided. Did you mean the background color of the Header? https://prnt.sc/mHn3amMlNlKD

For the speackers page it is not a solid header, thus the template is designed to set a transparent header for those pages.
