Menu In Template Options Not Formatting

Trying to build a template, but the menu will only appear in a vertical text bullet style list, not horizontally with the header. Hard to explain so I've included a login and a screenshot. The menu that is live on the site, IS NOT from Helix, you must login to see the issue in Template Options. The template with the problem is "TJs Pizzeria - Joomla 4"

This is the live menu which is NOT helix. You have to login to the back end and go to the Template Options screen to see the issue I'm having. And please do so on a desktop

Yeah, I see this but when I go it seems does not like this. If possible give me a screen video of where exactly I need to go.

Could you please keep a backup and make this menu again? Because it needs too many customization to solve the issue which is beyond our support policy.
