Helix Ultimate 2.0.12 Template Options Formatting Problems

I updated to the lastest Helix Frame version 2.0.12 and now when I go to backend of the site and go into the template options the display is all out of sorts. The site is using PHP 8.0.28 and Joomla 4.3.1 I do not know when this started, just that it is doing this now and I also have a 2nd site with the same issue but on a different hosting provider.

Not sure what is going on, hoping you can point me in the correct direction.
