Wording Helix Ultimate Shows In Template Options

After update SPPAGE Builder to 5.3.4 and Helix Framework 2.1.1, text "Helix Ultimate" shows on every tab. I have tried uninstall sppage, helix framework and template, and then reinstall it again, but I got an error message when to open Template Options. This is the error message "InvalidArgumentException: Please specify a valid response format, other than that of HTML, such as json, raw, debug, etc."
Please help. Im working on localhost.

Screenshot helped a lot. it seems that you have template based on Helix Ultimate, not raw Helix itself.
