Hello, after today's update, my website is no longer displayed correctly. For example, the mobile and desktop versions of the header image are displayed on the desktop. The images in the customer gallery are also no longer displayed correctly.

The navigation is also no longer available in the mobile edition!

I need quick help. Can you undo the update? Best regards

Hi Nico,

this is NOT a problem with Helix Ultimate update, but probably SPPB update.

  1. You have to update DE translation of SPPB 4.0.x Please download and unzip and upload using FTP tool: SPPageBuilder4-DE-unzip.zip

  2. Then go to Addon, Column or Row Options inside SPPB 4.0 and check again Responsive settings. We added extra two and that's why small correction is needed from your side.

About Gallery I need to see subpage link (URL) to tell more.

What addon you used there?

I uploaded and overwrote the files. I just can't quite follow your instructions.

Then go to Addon, Column or Row Options inside SPPB 4.0 and check again Responsive settings. We added extra two and that's why small correction is needed from your side.

The navigation is not displayed on mobile either

Start from that:

Template Options > Custom Code > Custom CSS:

.burger-icon > span {
background-color: black;
  background: black;
}

then check if after you scroll down on the site header with [=] will apear.

But now I have to adjust a lot. This is really a bad update. And now with two websites, each with 50 subpages.

So reinstall with older version, or use website backup - if you don't have time & patience.

And install website backup on test subdomain and there we can play without worries.
