Problem With Template Installation

Hi, I have a problem with installing "manufacturer" template on my website. I did everything like in documentation. https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/joomla-templates/manufacturer/quckstart-demo-installation
After the installation i have this error massage in both website and administrator panel: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':', expecting ';' or '{' in /bakale-strona/plugins/system/helixultimate/helixultimate.php on line 202

Which PHP version you are using, please?
Could you please check once if you have fulfilled all the technical requirements and PHP settings?
