I have checked the plugin folder and can confirm that the sp_xhtml.php exists in the location you mention.

This afternoon I reinstalled the helix ultimate template and the plugin. Joomla extension installation reported success in both instances.

I have tried clearing the Joomla cache but it does not help.

With point 3, "Ensure that all template dependencies (including Helix Ultimate) are properly installed" I am uncertain how to do that precisely.

Would it be possible for you to check the Helix Ultimate installtion for me? I shared the site backup with you for a separate support request regarding product list pagination.
