Where can i download just the template ver. 2.0.0 with Helix 2.0.5 as indicated in the changelog?

You can download the version 2.0.0 from the link below:

You have to download the "Template" file to just get the Template, not the Quickstart.

The version available there is version 1.0 not 2.0

You can just download and test yourself to see that the version in Template is not the same present in the Quickstart.

Thank you Albatroz for taking the time to share all the screenshots in details, appreciate that very much. Yes, the template version is 1.0.0 as I checked as well. I have shared this issue with my Team and I will let you know about the update here.

The version available it says 2.0, but still is the version from jan 2020.

It has the Helix 1.1.1 and not 2.0

So, it seems to be that it is still not complete
