Duplicated Item On Save

Some time when save SPpageBuilder page get duplicated some pages (see https://nimb.ws/JPhLlz) After refresh they are disappear Also, some time when scroll to bottom of the page some pages missing and after refresh they are appear Using SPPageBUilder Version 4.0.5
