Frontend saved item not working

Asked by takis 1 year ago Last activity 1 year ago

Hello, I am using Joomla 4.4.11 and SP page builder 5.5.2. previously I had saved a "section" as a template and I was able to drag n drop it to my newly created articles in frontend and start editing from there.

Somehow this is not available anymore in frontend (only in backend) and also I am not able to even choose my saved items, I tried saving a new section but to no avail.

Is there another way that I can achieve the same function in frontend?
This is really important for the editing functionality to my frontend users.

Hello Asfakur, you did opened my eyes. I disabled securitycheck pro, a security component I 've been using and now everything works.

Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry for the inconvenience.

To resolve this promptly, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? This will help us investigate thoroughly. Please back up your site using Akeeba Backup before sharing credentials in hidden content.

Hi there,

The issue may be related to ModSecurity. Please disable it from your hosting provider, and the problem might be resolved.

I have tested the site in a local environment, and everything is working perfectly fine, including drag-and-drop functionality, saving sections, and saving new items.

Please check the screenshot in the hidden content section:

Additionally, your site may have firewall rules that are blocking the IP multiple times. I also tried accessing it several times using a VPN.
