Accepted AnswerLazy solution: It's updated GF version from December - it should have "IBM Plex Sans" font inside.
Download and replace the file: templates\shaper_helixultimate\webfonts\webfonts.json

Accepted AnswerHi, Probably Helix still have old Google Font library.
You can fix it even without my help (extra file) in 3min.
Robust solution: Use Google Fonts website - get font embed code from them and use inside Custom CSS. It has the advantage that you will only load selected font weights, not all.
