When adding a new section SPPB4 creates a section with padding 75px 0px 75px 0px for all devices (5 breakpoint), you know that not all sites have 75px of space, also you should almost in most cases the space used for desktop it is the same for mobile, therefore adding 75px 0px 75px 0px for all devices only makes us have to change those values many more times generating a bad experience and slowing down the work.

This should be added only for xl (main) and the others (lg, md, sm, xs) should inherit from it if not assigned values. As in SPPB 3
