Hi Use this custom css

body.ltr .sp-megamenu-parent .sp-dropdown.sp-dropdown-main.sp-menu-full .sp-mega-group .item-header > a{
  color:red !important;
}

In Extensions>Template> Template Options > Custom Code > Custom CSS please add this Thanks
