Hello there,

Thanks for contacting us and please take our sincere apology.
The technial requirement of PHP for SPPB 4 is:

PHP 7.0.31 (minimum), PHP 7.2, PHP 7.3, PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.0.x (maximum). You can check the other requirements here: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-4/technical-requirements

Hi Anne,

I have reverted to php 8.0.23 and mariadb 10.3.34. The php setup meets all the requirements for SPPB 4 and yet i get the same blunt silly error.

Worse, i just tested in Joomla 3.10 and PHP 7.4 and SPPB 4.0.5 successfully failed.

Further testing done on 13th October 2022

I uninstalled the SPPB version 4.0.5 and installed version 4.0.4. The problems does not exist on version 4.0.4

I have deleted the old site and created a new Joomla 4.2.4 site and installed the Helix Ultimate Template and SPPB Version 4.0.6. You may take a full backup and use it.

I have provided the details in Hidden Contents.

I also gave you the link to the new site in the hidden part. I am giving you the link again. Please check the Hidden Content with this reply . I hope you can get things right this time!!!!

I am really disgusted with the support these days. I should update the Technical Review sites on Joomshaper.

Hello there,

Please take my humble apology for becoming silly. I became dumb and Unfortunately avoided the credentials in the second last comment and thought that you updated it in the first comment . Please take our sincere apology for the inconvenience . When we create a new page the error " File not found" comes, but when you go back , then you can see that a page has created and you can work on it. I have talked to the Developer team about it . It seems like a bug. Hopefully, it will be fixed in the next update.

Its happening in version 4.0.5 and the latest 4.0.6 as well. I am very disappointed that this has not been tested before releasing the version. If it happen in a addon, i would understand but not forgive but this happen to whole software!!! Is there Quality Assurance process in place in Joomshaper?

Appreciate an explanation from the CEO on this because i am unable to use the latest version and features in Joomla 4.2.4 and many users who have upgraded will have the same sick problem.
