Swap Mobile View Of Sidebar And Content

In my Helix Ultimate Template 2.0 I have a sidebar on the left and the content area next to it. When I look at my page on my mobile phone, I first see the content of the left sidebar and then the content of the content area further down. Can I reverse this so that the sidebar is listed below the content?
