Can Not Use Sections Libary

Hi! I just purchased Sp Page Builder pro personal. After installing it and entering email and key, I can not use anything for Sections libary? I have cleared Joomla! and browser cache.

Sorry, my fault! :) Used wrong key, and too old php version.
