I think you need custom solution, built for your project only.

ok, i will try to explain. I create one page, named eg. "Contact". In this site is only one row with some fields (please look at the file https://kleinercloud.de/index.php/s/EbZSaxPaKYjnBfM. Then i create the other sites. Normally i will copy the row contact in every single other site. More convenient it can be, to make a link from the contact page. Please look at the website snapdome.info.

Aaaaa..now I understand.

In that case, more universal/flexible method would be to use SPPB module (with that Row inside). Becuase it's a module, this same module can be use many times in different template module positions, also inside Module addon if you thought about Pages.
