Page Builder Cannot Access Rows That are Displayed Only In Mobile View

Page Builder 4.05, Joomla 3.10.11, Themis 2.0.0

I work in Pagebuilder 3 partly with rows that are displayed only on mobile devices. Under Page Builder 4, I can no longer access them, as they are not displayed on the desktop (by their very nature). I see under "Layers" that this row exists , but I can't edit it because the form builder addon what is used there is not displayed.

I must be making a thinking error. Maybe you can help me.

Okay, mea culpa.

1 Deactivate "hidden on desktop"
