Can't Use Page Template

Hi,
I have purchaed SP Page Builder Pro and already created a website recently. But now I want to use a Page Template "Pet Care" and when trying to import, it says "Invalid License Key".
Please help.

Input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> settings ->License & Update -> Save and Close.Your License Key is located in your Dashboard. https://www.joomshaper.com/dashboard Then Clear Joomla and Browser cache. Let us know if you face any difficulty.

Sometimes it goes back to the lite version because of any update, then we need to install the pro and reentered the license again.
