Instead of xxxxx_spproperty_properties you have to use your database table name. Here xxxxx is your database table prefix name example. It could be anything. Please follow this screenshot:

Hello Luis

You cannot add more that 10,00,000 in SP Property -> Property Price. If you want to increase the digits, then you have to change in the database. Please run this SQL query on your database. By default, the value is FLOAT(8,2). If you make it FLOAT(9,2), then you can add 1 more digit in the price 1,00,00,000

ALTER TABLE `xxxxx_spproperty_properties` CHANGE `price` `price` FLOAT(9,2) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0.00';

Use your table prefix instead of xxxxx on the table name.

Best regards

Hi,

Thanks for the answer, I checked my hosting and within there's only the option to access the phpMyAdmin element, could you provide more details about where to run the aforementioned query in data base. Please check the following screenshots:

PhpMyAdmin: https://prnt.sc/VcVBqjp3AZJm

I tested running the query here (replacing my database name): https://prnt.sc/5Lo3j7CCEXet

And I saw the following error: https://prnt.sc/2szUCRl9MOZ0

Thanks!

You are welcome 😊

Please follow the steps:

  1. Select the database: https://prnt.sc/_WH6NBeXMWBP
  2. Now insert the SQL query. Check that I have changed the xxxxx part with g3jtd becuase g3jtd is my table prefix. So, you have to change according to your table prefix https://prnt.sc/vwOXeoYfVFgO
  3. Then run the SQL query
