If the code is displayed on the page - this means that there is an error in the code. For example, not closed tag. Check your code.

The code is closed. The embed is showing properly on the site. It is trying to display it again and the top of the site.

Unfortunately I had to disable google structure data plugin. I see you all recommend it for SEO.

I think you had put the code in the wrong place. Place Google Structure Data code in Template Options -> Custom Code -> Before Head section. Please follow this documentation
