Where are Custom Sections No In SPBB4

I'm trying ot find where you moved the custom sections in SPBB4. I saved a highly customized section, gave it a filename, saved. Now I can't find it so I can reuse it.

You are supposed to find the saved sections within the Layouts section of SPPB editor. Here are screenshots:
