No Emails are Sent To Customers Or Store Administrators

Hello. I have configured Stripe in EasyStore, and also email notifications to the customer as indicated in the related documentation. The purchase is made correctly, but no emails are sent to customers or the store. Can you help me? Thank you.

I followed your instructions, first deleting all the Webhoot configuration and starting again, and now the problem seems to be resolved, although as I mentioned in another related thread, the "{order_summary}" statement does not work in emails.

I can provide more information in case it is helpful to you.

Stripe informs us that errors are happening when trying to send the webhook events: 2 requests had other errors while sending the webhook event.

And they tell us the following: You must send an HTTP response message with a status code between 200 and 299 for Stripe to consider that the webhook event was successfully delivered.

Is it possible that the problem with sending order emails comes from here? Could the Webhook url be incorrect?

you need to fix your problems joomshaper. not impressed.

I don't know if you were able to access Stripe. I attached an image in hidden content of the errors that are occurring in Stripe.

Yesterday we received two order confirmation and successful payment emails, but only from one of the tests.
