What is this supposed to do? Switch between the two presets?

Doesn't seem to do anything, even on the demo.

Can someone explain how to make it work?

It doesnt do anything on the demo or on my site, i understand what its supposed to do, lol

EDIT: so it doesn't work in Firefox... but Chrome it does
