Lost Access To Modules After Installing Helix 3

Installed the blank Helix 3. Works fine but I can't access the Joomla Modules section to apply modules to respective positions in the template. Any ideas???

Accepted AnswerThanks. Issue solved. I inadvertently forgot to delete a competing extension manager. :(
