Hi Deborah,

1. Make sure that you have SP Page Builder Pro version installed, otherwise you may not have it. If you do not sure - download from our website PRO package and reinstall.
2. In SP Page Builder 3.8.x if you have Pro installed, that addon should be on the list always, if nobody manually deleted folder from it.
3. If you have SPPB Pro 4.0.6 in Main Dashboard Addons view please check if you didn't disable that addon
