Are You Able To Update The Gazette Quickstarter To Joomla 3.8.9

My title is all wrong. Sorry. My problem is not a Joomla version. It is about SP Page Builder Pro. Can you change the title? Is so, how about "Gazette Quickstart breaks with SP Page Builder upgrade from 3.8.0 to 3.8.9"

Article Slider broke when The Gazette Quickstart upgraded from SP Page Builder 3.8.0 to 3.8.9.

I updated my Quickstart Gazette site to SP Page Builder 3.8.9 and it breaks the SP Page Builder home page layout. I see that other people had the same problem and it appears that you had a fix for this problem which I am hoping you can do on my site. I have put access instructions into the Hidden Content field.

Other people with the same problem:

https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/18374

This is the bottom line of my request. I am afraid my title is making you think it is a complicated thing that I am asking and that is why I am being ignored while others who posted much later than me are getting their requests taken care of.

Here is the good page with SPPB 3.8.0: https://snipboard.io/uDtmBC.jpg

Here is the broken page after SPPB 3.8.9: https://snipboard.io/mz0fTV.jpg

I need to keep the site upated to SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.9 and Joomla 4.2.4. (This is the version of SP Page Builder I was able to download from your downloads page today). As soon as I updated SP Page Builder, the home page broke.

Please help as I am stuck and unable to continue development untl this is fixed.

Thank you, Sean

EXTRA THOUGHTS:

I hope that Joomshaper can fix this problem on the Quickstart itself and regenerate the Quickstart using version 3.8.8 or later of the Page Builder so that the Quickstart will have an upgrade path to SP Page Builder 4.

Thank you. I see it is improved but certainly not yet fixed. There are two modules in that row that broke after the update. They are named "Articles Slider" and "Articles Vertical Slider". I believe you got the Articles Vertical Slider displaying correctly now.

You do not have the the other one working yet. It is called "Articles Slider".

Perhaps you can compare this row on my site to your quickstart at https://demo.joomshaper.com/?template=gazette? Or, you can compare to to a copy of the backup I just placed on another site at http://test2.theraliv.org

That page on http://test2.theraliv.org is exactly how the page is supposed to look at http://test3.theraliv.org

Thanks. I hope you will try again to get it to match the Quickstart. You will also notice that something is wrong below the rows that is creating a ton of white space on http://test3.theraliv.org that does not belong there.

Oh. And I see that another row went bad on http://test3.theraliv.org which is the row with the title "Must Read" which is another "Articles Slider". It is located just above the News.

I have not found any issues here:

https://prnt.sc/P2Y5YQoxhF9E

Let's forget the Quickstart and JoomShaper demo. JoomShaper demo is the initial version of the Gazette Quickstart. Now actual downloadable version is upgraded on our site. Also, you have the SP Page Builder latest update. So, things are not the same. Thus not everything might not work as the Quickstart or Demo.

What are the white spaces are you talking about? Please share a screenshot of your issue to understand it better. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot

Ofi,

My apologies. This final problem was in my cache. I cleared the cache on a couple of different browsers and the site is looking perfect. I am very grateful for your help.
