Helix3 - Module Padding Issues And Blog Page Content Width Control?

I installed Helix3 in a Joomla 3.10.x on a development site and am using Helix default settings over pre-existing content. I am an "advanced" beginner.
- Having trouble adding padding/margin parameters to modules to control placement. I know that is easy to do with a component in Helix3 but not with modules. That said, it is very hard to center and contain component content (article) on front page. Fluid width displays article content too wide. I thought best to use boxed width then add a module with image to help center the article content.
- Similar issue with blog pages but the reverse. Blog article content too restricted.
- Megamenu dropdown goes off page.

First of all, I would advise you to use Helix Ultimate. Helix 3 outdated.
As far as I understand your questions, it has nothing to do with Helix and is decided using CSS code

Accepted AnswerThanks, kindly, Pavel. I assume that deleting Helix 4 components and adding Ultimate is the correct thing to do?
Also, I see in the bug fix notes for Helix Ultimate that Page Builder 4 issues are addressed. Does Page Builder work together with Ultimate, or is it one or the other?
