I have installed and use the Educon template, when I submit or edit an article from the frontend, appear only the "Save", "Versions", "Cancel" buttons, the buttons that are normally are in the second row "Content", "Images and Links", "Publishing", "Language Options", "Metadata" are not displayed. This problem does not appear to the newedge template tha I also use for another site

Can you please help me to fix it?
