You don't have the Page Builder license. Your license contains only the Template. Please check the hidden content.

It must be an error. I bought the license for Sp Builder Pro with the Halloween discount not the template because i just need the Helix Ultimate.

My problem is that I can't edit part of the layout (plant shop). I never said that the layout did not load. It just won't let me edit some parts.

On the other hand, the issue with the blocks looks resolved, by now.

And yes, the email and the license key were placed correctly from the beginning.
