The Settings Panel Margin is Bad Randomly. Also Objects In A Section Sometimes Will Not "stick" In Position But Rather Move With The Mouse Cursor For No Good Reason.

Often, but totally randomly, the text in the settings panel is past the left margin and prevents reading portions of the text. I am not speaking of user added text but rather the system text that indicates what you are setting. This screen capture illustrates what I am talking about. The link is a google drive screenshot.

The problem with the content of a section is usually solved with closing the page out, going back to opening a new page builder>edit front end and begin work again. I was afraid to save the work because I thought it could save things with the section content being out of place. I also did a back up on the server while things were in good shape to avoid potentially losing lots of work.

This link to a screenshot shows what I am talking about. The settings panel lef margin is randomly off in spppagebuilder front end editor. The left margin of the text of the settings panel is obscures the text.
