is There A Tablet And Mobile Layout In Sp Page Builder 4?

in sp page builder 3, there was a place where we could put in col-sm-6 and col-xs-12, etc under tablet and mobile layout.

but in sp page builder 4, we do not see that option. is this on purpose? what is the work around now for this, or am i missing it? or will this be added later?

the numbers are covered up by the interface.. cannot see when we get to 50%

Rashida Rahman - do you understand my query ? the interface hides the "number" so i cannot know when i am hitting 50% or what not..
