Hi i am getting something really odd with page builder

I am trying to unpublish / trash a page and i keep getting this error.

COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_NO_ITEM_SELECTED

I have a page with a module appear that i cant understand how its showing as does not appear. in the editor.
