Hi Livio,

all is OK, I checked your email and license key and worked good on my site. I was able to Load page themes. Sometimes you have to clear Joomla cache after putting those data. And no empty space before or after e-mail.

Can you share access to one of those sites, as Super User.

I asked you 2x to check SPPB Settings if you put email and what you had?? login, not e-mail . Oh :(

I will put what should be there, but please listen advices. Otherwise my written help doesn't make sense.
