What is Wrong With My License ?

Perhaps the problems with other extensions are related to this same problem. Started new article. Saved it and opened in SPB. then I tried to use some pre-designed blocks and they all show a TAG asking to buy a Pro version.

I have had those problems in the past and here they come again ! This is so disapointing. I can see my license entered in the settings. The site also is registered on your database, so why am I having those issues ?

What am I supposed to do ?

OMG !!!! no reponse from the Support ? !!!

I AM REALLY SUPER FRUSTRATED AND IT LOOKS LIKE INEED TO QUIT THIS EXTENSION PERMANENTLY.

HI Arthur.

  1. Make sure that you have PRO version installed, sometimes, very rare, during auto-update LITE could be installed.
  2. Check if you have e-mail and correct license key inserted, sometimes browser suggest change and people do not read and click save.
  3. Clear Joomla cache.

Those are popular problems in 99% cases.
