After Page Builder Instalation "Something Went Wrong!"

I wanted to rebuild my website from scratch using a clean installation. However, after installing SP Page Builder, I'm unable to access it. Every time I try to open SP Page Builder, I receive the error message: "Something went wrong!"
I have already set up another website using the same process, and everything worked perfectly there. This issue only occurs with this new installation.
Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue and how to resolve it?
