I know I edited this somewhere before, but can't figure it out now. Please see the attached image, the very top black bar with contact info etc. Where do I go to edit it?

Hi Pat,

it's inside Templates > Helix Ultimate > Template Options > Basic > Contact

so it's not from SPPB in your case. But indeed some users publish there a module.
