This is how I see the icons on the backend: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OVaFsMsUojGXSAS_gn0dZ_BgvrtrJPMW/view?usp=sharing

This is how they appear on the frontend: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QfH6Kv9gk6iKQgbUqhh19BJc6KLJb6SC/view?usp=sharing

What is wrong here and how can I fix it?

Hi

Use this custom CSS

.sppb-addon-feature .sppb-addon-content .sppb-icon .sppb-icon-container{
    font-size: 60px !important;
}

Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Do you want the footer size small but the icons under "KEY ELEMENTS TO SUCCESS AT SANY SCHOOLS" are big? Give me your super admin access in the hidden content please.

Yes, that is right.

Admin access is provided in the hidden content.

Ok, I have checked your issue. These two portions of CSS classes are the same and also they are coming dynamically. So if we set the CSS it looks both the same. You can do one thing, you can reduce the font size maybe 40 px would be better.

Why am I not able to set the size for each icon separately? Do I have to set the same size for all icons on the page?

You can not set the each icon separately because there CSS classes are same.That's why its not possible. Yes you can set the same size for all icons on the page.

I already know that the CSS classes are the same. I figured that out. You misunderstood my questions.

Why can't I set the icon sizes separately, on the front editor? There is a setting for each icon, which technically allow users like myself, to set the size whichever desired. Why isn't it working?

I want to set the icons on the middle of the page larger and the icons on the bottom of the page smaller, but the current CSS class setting on the Custom CSS overrides any individual settings and make them all the same size!

In that case, you can keep a backup and reinstall page builder. Then clear your Joomla and browser cache and check.
