Ation Template - Login Page Display & Top Right Icon

Hello:
I'm using the Artion template on a personal page of mine, and am having an issue with the way my "Login" page is displaying. It has very little padding at the top, and it isn't centered although it looks kind of like it wants to be.
The other thing I have a question about, is what is the little icon at the top right of the header is and how can I modify that?
