Hello, I want to update to Pagebuilder 4 but I always get the error message

Failed opening required '/home/.sites/869/site2583361/web/webspace/administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/builder/classes/base.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php')

Thanks for contacting us. Keep a backup and fresh install it. And also update your PHP version. But make sure you have full site backup before doin any changes.

Good day, I have backed up the file and reinstalled it on a locale system. Unfortunately no change. Data backed up. 2 Pagebuilder 4 installed - error - data saved. Reinstalled this data and it does not work again. The error must be something else or I do not understand the reinstall you mean correctly. Please send me more detailed information. LG Helmut
