Pagination - Class Missing

Hi,

It seems one class is missing in French for the pagination, therefore the "<<" is not displayed in French as you can see on this page: https://rolex.jewelrygoldfinger.com/fr/rolex/collection?limitstart=18&limit=18 The class displayed in French is class="page-link " while it should be class="page-link previous" (as you can see on the English version).

Can you tell me how to fix this issue?

Hello Sandra97

It is coming from HikaShop component. Please contact with them for assistance.

Best regards

Hi Ofi,

I already contacted them and they told me it was coming from your template. The pagination is apparently overridden by the template. Concerning the <<, it is not displayed because the previous class is missing in the element. By the way, there's a difference between the English which displays << and the French which displays "précédent". It's probably a question of different translation in the template, but it may also be related to the problem of the missing class in French... So it could be due to something in the PHP code that generates the pagination. Note also I don't have the issue if I'm using the core template

I can see that you are using Helix Ultimate template. It does not override any third-party component. Have you bought it from somewhere? or have you customized it?

I have some custom css for the pagination, but nothing that could result in the lack of the "previous" class in the code

as I said Helix Ultimate does not override any third-party extension. Please check templates/shaper_helix/html folder. If you find any folder named hikashop or similar, then remove it and check the issue.

Only hikashop override in the html folder is for the carousel on product page, so nothing related to the pagination. Even if I remove it, the issue is still there (in French only)

Also, I created a blog category to check if I have the same issue with pagination. I have so I don't think it comes from Hikashop

I have checked and found no connection with Helix Ultimate. It is coming from HikaShop component menu. Please check with another template to verify the issue.

Hi Ofi,

As I already mentioned, if I use the core template (cassiopeia), I don't have the issue anymore.

Hi Ofi,

No, it's not solved. The arrows to go to the previous page are not displayed on the French version of the site. If you check the page in English, you can see them, not in French
