Problem With An Helix 1.9 Template On Mobile View (missing Class Names In Bootstrap)

Hello, I have a display problem, because the column widths I specified for the mobile version are not implemented. Now when I write it I notice that the bootstrap file does not contain the corresponding classes at all, e.g. .col-6, .col-3 Does anyone have any idea what could be the reason for this? Probably because of an update? Were there different class names for the mobile columns in the past? You can see the display problem here in the header. The menu and the flag should actually be on one level with the logo on the right. Systeminfos: still Joomla 3.10.11, PHP 8.1.22, Helix-Framework 3.0.4, Bootstrap 3.3.7 But I just noticed that the default template probably still has the Helix version 1.9. Unfortunately, I still don't understand this combination of template and framework versions of the Helix system. It is the template "Incorporate" from http://www.themecanyon.net (no longer available). I hope someone can help me.

P.S. I think I just figured it out myself. I updated everything but left my old template as default. So I have to activate the new one after the update, right? I just did that briefly as a test, but then a lot of formatting disappeared. So the manual work as a result is probably normal, right?

On joomshaper forum we cannot support templates there are not from our Download center directly, even if they use our Helix plugin ("engine"). All templates bought somewhere else - support is from their seller/developer. It's one of main rules of Our Support Policy. This same works in Cars world. You buy a car from dealer, and he owns you support, not engine factory. If it's no longer there, well... you have to improvise or hire a good mechanic.
Let say that we talk about raw Helix Ultimate template (package) then: Template and Helix plugin should have that same version, for example, 2.0.14+ (or 2.0.15 by tomorrow).
And, Helix Ultimate 1.9 is not supported anymore, and may not work in J4.
Helix Ultimate 2.0.x uses Bootstrap 5.x, not old BT 3.x - it can affect the appearance of certain elements. Besides Bootstrap 3.x - have major security issue(s) in javascript file, that's why is not recommended anymore. Especially now when RU hackers are only waiting for oportunites.

Accepted AnswerYour site layout looks normal, no fancy styles, so I am more than sure that raw Helix Ultimate template can handle that after minor changes ;)
